Shipping & returns
Delivery If you order before 12:00 on working days, your order will be shipped the next working day via MyParcel or PostNl. The order is usually delivered the next day within the Netherlands (except on Sunday and Monday). As soon as we have processed your order, we will send an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code. Exchange & Returns The process of returns In your account you can select the products you want to return in your order. You must state the reason and we will assess your application. You will receive feedback if your request is approved or rejected. If we have sent a wrong product, please send us an email to [email protected] Which products are accepted as returns? All returns that have been confirmed by Pro Skincare Europe BV by e-mail. This includes: Products incorrectly delivered by Pro Skincare Europe BV Unopened products Which returns are not accepted?
